Goal
Transform an idea for an American-inspired fast casual into a brand strategy, including a distinctive name and identity.
Our approach
Java’s recipes and ingredients are inspired by familial ties to the American with a decided focus on simplicity and honesty.
Ubuni Creatives created product packaging, interior design, in-store menu system, and digital presence to evoke a feeling of the clean and contemporary, no-frills canteens of yesteryear.
Since debuting in 2011, Java’s authentic yet modern brand has expanded to more than 22 locations nationwide, including Nakuru, Kilifi, and Malindi.
